Refund policy

At LUCIANO NOIR, every piece is made to order.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at lucianonoirstore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.

 

Change of Mind / Wrong Size: Because every item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors unless the item is faulty. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

 

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
